hā 1198 sits right in the heart of Mittelberg. Plenty of views. Plenty of space. No unnecessary fuss. And the mountains? Pretty much part of the furniture.

The house has two self-contained open-plan studio apartments: The Loft and The Garden. Both combine clean, modern design with warm wooden floors, generous panoramic windows and plenty of mountain character. The Loft opens onto its own balcony, while The Garden has a private terrace.

And because relaxing is sometimes best without a schedule, every apartment has its own private sauna.

No stranger's bathrobes.
No waiting around.
Just close the door, fire up the sauna, and completely unwind.

A modern kitchen, satellite TV, safe and exterior blinds are all part of the package. Parking and a ski room are available right at the house.

The best part, aside from the view? The location.

hā 1198 is centrally located in Mittelberg. Restaurants, a supermarket, ski lifts, hiking trails, and everything else you need for your time in the mountains are all within easy walking distance. In winter, you can head straight to the slopes; in summer, you can set off on the nearest hiking trail.

    Natural materials, warm colors, and an atmosphere that simply feels good. At hā 1198, we've created a place where we ourselves would love to spend time and vacation. A spot to wind down, sleep in, enjoy long breakfasts, relax in the sauna, listen to music, or just sit with a glass of wine and look at the mountains. Uncomplicated, cozy, a little bit special – good vibes included.

  • Why not?

    Why should a chalet always have acertain look that everyone expects? At hā 1198, we felt like doing a few things differently. Trying out ideas, bending the rules a little, and simply bringing to life what we love. Sometimes minimalist, sometimes a bit bolder, and sometimes just because we thought: Why not? The result? A chalet that doesn't try to be like every other one.

  • With character

    hā 1198 is ultimately a bit of both of us. Two personalities, different ideas, and plenty of impressions we brought back from our travels. Things we loved somewhere, ideas that stuck with us, and details we just thought were cool. Step by step, our own mix grew out of that. Not following a specific style or a perfect template – but just how it works for us. And that is exactly what gives hā 1198 its very own character.
